For a nice day riding along Michican Avenue, you can just pop up this website, type in your zip code, and provide your address for your choice of locations and bikes. Upon using this feature in a small suburb Northwest of the city, the site provided me with Campbell Street Bicycle Shop in Arlington Heights. Next, the site offered me several different options:
What type of bike did I want? A comfort bike? A Cruiser? A Hybrid? A Mountain bike, Recumbent Bike, Road bike? A childrens bike? Or a tandem bike for my fiance and I to ride on a Saturday for a picnic in the park?
Once I figured this out, I was able to choose based on my height and the bike model. Depending on the bike, rates ranged from $10 per hour, to $2,250 for a month. For the tandem bike it was $100 for the day.
