Fashionistas, the holiday gift giving season is upon us.  What are you going to give "HIM"?  Why not give him "YOU" as he's never seen you before?  Are you with me so far?  Great.

How about a Pin-up Style photo album of you?  I know, I know.  You think it's raunchy, tacky, and quite simply-in poor taste.  Well, obviously, you haven't heard of Janette Valentine and her business, Terribly Girly Photography. 

Janette is a wonder chick!  She's homegrown-born and bred in Miami.  She was a makeup artist working with a local photographer.  Then she moved into both doing the makeup and assisting the photographer on shoots.  The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale graduate stumbled upon vintage photography while looking to do something fun with REAL women. 

You don't have to be a model.  She specializes in taking the girl next door from plain to Pin-up in just a few hours.  Her glam team includes make up artist Virginia Le Fay, hair designer Riviera, stylist Aurora, and assistant/jack of all trades, Heather.  Each is amazing in her own right, but when they come together, it's totally off the charts.  On the day that this Examiner spent with them, they completely tranformed local models, Amber and Ashley (see video and slideshow below). 

This is total GIRL TIME.  There is a NO MALE policy.  If you must bring someone along, bring a girlfriend or female family member.  However, even if you go alone, prepare to feel comfortable, like a group of girlfriends trying makeup and hairstyles on each other.  And Janette has a knack for relaxing the subject and helping her to release her inner pinup model.  She coaches you through each scene and the results are incredible.

Terribly Girly is currently booking holiday shoots in their Miami studio.  To insure delivery by the holidays, you must get in by December 14.  Janette will edit and retouch your pics and give final images to you on CD, along with a complimentary print.  She can also provide your images on coasters, magnets, calendars, and even a coffee table book.
