From the very inception of American Family Rights Association, the #1 plea we have heard is "I want people to know the injustice I have suffered!"
For years, we maintained a "Horror Stories" section at the AFRA website. It just got too big and webspace is expensive, so I had to remove that section last spring.
Nonetheless, there are hundreds of thousands of stories untold. Every one of them should be shocking to the conscience. An old newspaper editor saying was something like "If it bleeds, it leads". It's still true.

Congrads on your writing assignment---why not address the fact that American Children are being stripped of their Birth Right by CPS workers and "sold" under the guise of "adoption" (with no American Agency follow-up) to foreigners/foreign country who use them for sex slaves, child porn stars, etc.
While in Paris, France, a beautiful little six year old boy came running at me, calling "Grandma, Grandma,". He realized upon close approach that I was not. and his face expressed great disappointment. He told me he lived in America with his Grandma and wanted desperately to go back home.
He said he did not like the man he was living with, that he was always hurting him, and making him to do bad things.
About that time, a man came rushing up. The boy acted extremely frightened of him.
"This is my son that I adopted from an American Adoption Agency", he quickly asserted. "He is just so much fun. He is daddy's favorite boy-toy, aren't you?, my deary." -His exact words.
I will never forget the look of helplessness on that child's face as my husband pulled me away, saying "the last thing we need to have in Paris is an international incident".
I was appalled at the blatant sexual overtones this man advanced towards this American child (French citizen without consent, UGH UGLY!) in front of us.
I have never forgotten it.
For every story told, there's ten thousand that haven't been. There has been a Genocidal Holocaust going on for 35 years (Since CAPTA '74), and it is beyond time for the citizens of the westernized countries to know it.

this is all too true and happens right here in MA. I am fighting to get my grandkids back especially after a failed adoption attempt where my grandaughter is now labeled a nut case and ALL SHE WANTS IS TO COME HOME
im fighting as well happens all over america cps steals our kids leaveing us without our children,not knowing if they,are okay,Searching for them,they have no conscious just money on their minds.
the horror of this agency is absolutely horrendous!! These casewreckers OUTRIGHT STEAL children from LOVING parents, victimize LOW-INCOME families who can NOT afford to hire an attorney to defend their INNOCENCE AND quite a few of them lose their children, FOREVER, because of the lack of finances, and FOR NO OTHER LEGALLY VALID OR LEGITIMATE REASON!! All of this is done to fatten the bank accounts of CPS agency workers, all AT TAXPAYER EXPENSE!! This insanity HAS GOT TO STOP!! CPS has been doing this for YEARS! I have a brother and a sister that were taken from our home and adopted out to people who left the US with them. I am the youngest of my family so no it wasn't that she couldn't handle us, or anything like that. Simply put the family that adopted them, had them as foster kids and wanted them. They tried to say that she couldn't take care of us, but why leave the BABY if she couldn't take care of us, wouldn't it make more sense to leave the oldest instead of the youngest? I am now fighting them myself. What do they use against us? My husband's DISABILITY that's what. Then when they found out that I am pregnant, they are trying to use that against us. I am a disabled Informed American, so is my husband. I homeschool, do not vaccinate (more than just a choice, my side of the family are allergic to those things.), and KNOW the Constitution. I know my rights and they don't like it. I am fighting to get her back and to keep this unborn child at home.

I see what CPS does to dads every day and it needs to stop now. Taking kids away without just cause is simply wrong.
Referring to the writer´s Paris incident with the deported American child. No one seems to understand how really bad this child holocaust really is. I have credible video testimony from a 4 year old foster child telling of sexual abuse by CPS lesbians, CPS male attorney, and forced date rape drugging. After CPS has had their fun with the child then the child cannot be returned to their parents or the child will testify to the abuse so the child is adopted to other pedophiles especially in another country who will ignore the child's comments. This holocaust IS NOT merely about collecting the federal dollars although that does help finance their operation. The feds are aware of this. I gave the video evidence and spoke to an FBI agent who was almost crying because her bosses would not allow her to investigate. CPS has no interest in protecting abused children. They want to steal children in good condition.

It is all too true and too real!! I did not believe it myself, till I kicked the marijuana supplier of a CPS worker out of my house and he swore that he would kidnap my child and use the law to do it. 2 months later I was in dependence court fighting false allegations made by a worker that I saw him use his medical marijuana licensee to purchase weed for. God is great, and with a lot of prayer and determination, we got our son back.
I refused to sign their papers, ran with my children until I could hire an attorney and then got my children back in 52 days but only after they were abused and neglected by the caregiver. I bitched for the proper care of my children everyday. cps sealed the medical records from me. I reported marks, incidents, and lack of care as much and as many times as they would listen. The GAL/CASA told me to shut up that me bitching would make my kids be gone longer. It was my job as the mother to fight for the best interest of my children. I know what my children need. I would call every 2 hours until I got my first visitation time. Alot happened to my children and family in those 52 days but a year later it hurts and haunts me everyday knowing that they can steal my children for no reason. Fight to get laws changed and help anyone that needs it. They do lie and make up whatever it takes to get the children.
I also want to add that I had 4 family members at the placement hearing willing to take my children. One was a certified foster parent (did it only to get a relative out of the system). It took 32 days of pure hell for my children and me bitching/fighting for the best interest to get my children with my loving family members until the hearing date. They had nothing on me so they postponed the hearing a couple days before we were to go back to court. then 52 days later they were in my home again. Thanks to my loving aunt for "jumping through the hoops" and loving my children for the rest of those days we had to be apart. Please anyone reading this stand by your family and friends and help them fight for their children.
CPS is insanely corrupt in the state of Tennessee and you can forget about Governor Bredesen doing a damn thing about it. Let's not forget the fact attorneys are scared half to death of CPS because they operate above the law and they don't know a lick of evidence to destroy you. They won't even give you access to your records unless a judge forces them to do so which is unconstitutional.

i was setup by tennesse dcs by a false drug test that i passed and they said it was positive later they have forged my name and falsefied a drug test put words in my mouth that i did not say.in hamblen county they all are corrupt and people know it and the lwyers run scared

hi my name is crystal i am 29 yrs old i have been a mom sence i was 15 yrs old. my oldest is going to be 13 yrs old. i resently moved to tuolumne conty 2 and a half yrs ago. well my children were removed from there school on may 07 2010. i went to court on may 04 2010. and they said that my children were to remain with me. well on may 07 2010 my children were removed from there school on may 07 2010. the cws office is fassily accusing me of things that aint true. it has been 3 weeks and my children are not back home and now the cws office are telling me that the only way i can get my children back is 1 of 2 ways. is if me and my husband get a divorce or my husband goes to prison for a very long time and that they can prove it. i am being attaced by cws for no problem and i njeed help please.
