The 2009 Parental Justice March will be in Washington DC this Sunday, July 26, recognized as National Parents Day.
Mothers, fathers, children, grandparents and concerned citizens will be meeting in Washington DC this weekend for the second annual F4J Parental Justice March. Sponsored by Fathers 4 Justice and Families 4 Justice, this event is meant to be a visual message to President Obama and legislators.
Earlier this year Obama asked fathers to step up, to be there for their children. Donald Tenn, Fathers 4 Justice President, and Madison's Daddy says he wants President Obama to step up. To help parents, usually fathers, who are illegally* prevented from parenting their children. (*and legally via corruption)
Organizers say current government policy is tearing their families apart. No due process in family court,* rates of false allegations of domestic violence in the 50 to 70% range, rare prosecution of false accusers, gender bias, and other corruption in family court and in CPS are hurting America's children, the group claims. (*except Texas)
Tenn, probably best known for the 4 days he spent with a large banner on a 175' crane near Ohio State University stadium during a thunderstorm last year, also assisted Fathers 4 Justice activists from the UK in 2007 when they climbed the Lincoln Memorial and unfurled a banner supporting America's fathers. Activist Paul Fisher spent 3 days on the crane with Tenn. (videos)
Unmarried parents, parents of divorce, and families with children in CPS are some of the groups who will be attending the event. The march starts at 9 am at Upper Senate Park and ends at Ellipse Park near the National Christmas Tree. There will be a short time for parents to speak at the end of the march.
Tenn, who has been contacted by the Dr. Phil Show, left California Monday for the cross-country trip to DC. He hopes to locate his daughter Madison to give her Christmas gifts. Last year he traveled to Illinois to present the packages to her. When no one was able to locate his daughter, he tried to leave the gifts with one of the judges who allowed his ex to illegally abduct her. He was turned away. Shortly after, his car was broken into, and all of Madison's gifts were stolen.

there must be a good reason the mother doesn't want the child around him.
sherry, many of the offending parents have been charged with contempt of court, yet don't stop. parents who abduct children don't normally have a good reason. it's usually about power and control.
Defathering is a terrible crime and divorce is never normal as abortus is always murder; and above all childabuse mostly triggered by mothers !!! So Sherry c.s. stop all the false decieving bullshit, good women COME ON !!!
Sherri, it's not a good thing to automatically assume that the father must have done something wrong. The mother could have some issues with him but that doesn't mean he is a bad father. Men and women who have marital issues aren't usually too nice to each other but accusing him of abuse is a HUGE allegation that can ruin him and the family. It's not good to just assume she had good reason. Maybe, maybe not. You have to look at their history and background and look for EVIDENCE.
