CPS is Socialism

The finger of Guilt
The People's Cube

CPS agents are implementing European Socialism to tear the heart and soul out of the very fabric of America by destroying the FAMILY.

This is why passing the Parent's Rights Amendment is so CRITICAL.

CPS agents ARE America's Domestic Terrorists.

We fight the pandemic corruption in the legal system every day. Family Courts are unconstitutional, and no semblance of Constitutional Due Process exists there.

We are dealing with a system that is incompetent, corrupt, malfeasant, and utterly evil.

"There is something bad happening to our children in family courts today that is causing them more harm than drugs, more harm than crime and even more harm than child molestation." Judge Watson L. White Superior Court Judge, Cobb County, Georgia

“There is no crueler tyranny than that which is exercised under color or law, and with the colors of justice.” -United States v. Janotti, 673 F.2d 578, 614 (3d Cir. 1982)

American parents are sabotaged, undermined, and utterly abandoned by virtually every institution and by the culture itself.

American Families ARE the "general interest group" all the "special interest groups" want to knock chunks out of.

Don't spank a spoiled rotten princess- She will grow up to be a fine CPS worker, judge, psychiatrist, Democrat or prostitute some day.

UPDATE: One of our AFRA folks says-

In all fairness, you could have just as well said, "don't discipline the boy for shaking his schoolmates upside down for their lunch money, he could grow up to be a fine family court judge, social worker, republican, tax collector or pimp some day!"

Obviously, from reading your bio, you have a personal ax to grind with CPS. I beleive this distorts your ability to be objective and fair. I think it is wholly unprofessional for you to say that CPS is all bad because you had a bad experience. Look how many children DIE every year at the hands of their own parents. Come on, you need to write about another topic or presesnt both sides fairly. You are hardly an expert if you are only going off your own personal experience.

    Hello,
RE: DC Reader, it is not about the "Parent's Rights", it is about the rights of the children. Let us keep our focus on what is best for the children and what their rights are. For example, the educational rights of children removed from their home dictate that a child has the right to remain in their school of origin-AB 490. The prolem is that CPS does not care if the children remain in their own school. This has nothing to do with parents.

CPS has NOT improved outcomes for children despite CPS' continuing propaganda.

The deaths of children have remained around 1200 per year, both before and after the implementation of CAPTA around the mid 70's.

What it has done is given employment to otherwise unemployable folk.

As for the disinformation about * good parents * tell that to the DAD in the Midwest who had his son taken because he mistakenly purchased an alcoholic cooler for the boy at a Detroit Tigers game.

    First, to "ihatestupidpeople"-

If you are "educated", you may know that Columbia Teacher's College is where John Dewey brought "progressivism" to the "intellectual" community, which students brought secular humanism to all colleges and metastasized from there. What you call "educated" means rote parroting the humanist religion and the accompanying arrogance.

You hit on an essential element. I am betting that your definition of "mistreat" is substantially different from CPS' definition.

And it behooves you to know that the Children's Rights Convention" isn't about "protecting children", it's about Global Governance.

    To "Concerned Parent"-

You bet I have a personal axe to grind. That's what makes dedicated EXPERTS. Odd that you should use the word "objective", since the system I fight is SUBJECTIVE and exclusively driven by their FEELINGS, not LAW.

Oh and another item for "Concerned Parent"-

I am NOT "professional". As far as I am concerned, the word is connotative of the "Alphabet of Corruption" that college-degreed people add to the end of their names.

This is known as "Credentialism", that a degree somehow makes someone "smarter" and more wise than everybody else.

In the realm I write of, this gives them "particularized guarantees of trustworthiness".

No, I am NOT a "professional". I don't make a living from this. I suppose you might think of me as a HUN, from the "unwashed" who intends to kick the walls of putrid, rotting Rome down.

I am at 100% total war. Ever since all this communist crap got shoved down my throat in 1974. I would much rather have quietly made a living and provided for my family and be LEFT ALONE. But no, they declared war on me first.

DC Reader, how STUPID of a comment. Nobody claims that parents have a right to abuse their children. Parents have an ABSOLUTE right to raise their own children however they see fit. Absent compelling proof that a parent is indeed actually inflicting bodily injury, the state has no business interfering. To allow CPS into a family GUARANTEES that MANY INNOCENT families will be broken and injured.

The State is the one WHO HAS NO RIGHT to abuse the People. Yet people defend CPS and encourage CPS to abuse children while twisting logic to say "parents have no right to abuse". How stupid can someone get?

Everyone should read the 4th Amendment a dozen times, and then THINK about what CPS is and does.

Maybe YOU can identify some act of neglect or abuse? I sure can't find it. And CPS sure can't answer any direct questions. And they have kept my kids hostage for THREE YEARS. I'd sure like to see your definition of "friend to children"!! With friends like that, who needs enemies?

And I'd like to challenge you to find me ONE parent who has "nothing to fear" from CPS. Aside from people with no kids, or parents who are employed by CPS or its contractors and affiliates. EVERYONE fears CPS.

If it's marketable, your rights WILL be terminated and that child placed for adoption for money. FYI, I hate stupid people too and there's plenty of them on here. Concerned parent, I can't wait until CPS shows up at your door. Don't come screaming to us when they legally kidnap and sell your kids. We warned you. I was in a debate about this whole thing earlier this year. He made a comment that made me think... not think I was wrong but there was something wrong with the statement be made (logically error-ed). When I was talking about the corruption and abuse in the CPS system he commented:

"That kind of theory suggests something contrary to human nature"

Now let put that into another context. The theory that Parents are abusing their children. While we know that it happens but to what scale. Is that not against "human nature"

What is more likely? The BIOLOGICAL parent abusing their child for no financial gain? Or, The government agency to gain billions of dollars from the removal of your children to whom they have no ties?

There is more then ASFA (adoption bonuses) look into Title IV funding. with a min. of 30,000 per year per child (before special needs bonuses) and up to 150,000 for special needs (all this is not counting what foster parents make).

  • Brett Leisy 2 years ago

And now from below, a little Premise of logic (for those legal minded out there).

    Is we assume the statement that;
CPS agents being humans is not or could not be corrupt because it is against human nature, is true, then the following premises would have to be assumed are true.

    Nazi Agents were human.
It is against human nature to be cruel to other humans or corrupt.
then Nazi Agents could not have be corrupt nor cruel.

    Ghangis Khan was human.
It is against human nature to be bloodthirsty and power hungry.
There for Ghangis Khan could not have been bloodthirsty nor power hungry.

Anything look out of place? Its the assumption that just because of the placement of a person rules them out from being evil. the above statements are obviously untrue.

    now for a true premise:

If CPS agents have a lot of power.
    And power tends to corrupt.
Then CPS agents tends to be corrupt/corruptible.

I'm on the fence here. On one hand, I agree that for the most part, if CPS is involved, parents "deserve it." And they are typically "in denial." On the other hand, I have been the victim of a vindictive ex who accused me of sexually abusing our child simply because he was ... well ... vindictive, a coward and scared. In cases where parents will do anything to destroy another parent and don't give a crap what happens to the kids in the process, then it is understandable why people would find CPS "evil." To Wendy - Suburban Philly Teen Issues Examiner-

Technically speaking, most of the news stories that have been published over the past several years about kids being locked in closets and starved were FOSTER or ADOPTED kids.

Similarly, the story of MARY ELLEN, see what started it all-

During the late nineteenth century there was a case that sparked American interest, the story of a little girl called Mary Ellen, so abused by her FOSTER mother that New York's Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) stepped in to protect her. By all accounts this little girl was severely abused and mistreated. There were still bruises on her face the day she testified in court against her FOSTER mother. As the result of the Mary Ellen case, the New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (SPCC) was founded, what many now believe to be the birth of Child Protective Services.
