Almost as cruel as anything Dr Mengele did.
This unspeakable terror walks among us, usurping unimaginable power, operating far outside of the LAWS, and endowed with unearned respect and honor.
Many of them are respectable-looking, well-dressed women. Some are just kids, stupid, dangerous spoiled rotten brats themselves.
Some of them consider themselves as "public servants", as if they have any concept of what the words mean. Most of them consider themselves "children's advocates". Many bring prejudices from their own perceived "bad childhood".
Some of them get into it idealistically, believing they could "make a difference". They don't last long. The "turn over rate" is 50% a year. The ones with any real morals or ethics can't stand the job once they find out what the job REALLY is.
Some of them get into it because they are natural-born sociopaths. Eventually, the ones that stay, become arrogant, caustic, insolent, self-aggrandizing, plain nasty with a preposterously grand superiority complex, power-drunk, and an excruciating need for control.
They are anything but "professional". They are 100% emotionally involved, adversarial, vindictive and retaliatory for what they IMAGINE.
They feel remarkably unconstrained by (or ignorant of) LAWS, new court decisions AGAINST them, Constitutional Rights and Miranda Rights.
Their lives and world-view is a sensational soap opera and they see themselves as the "hero" in the plot. They easily lie and re-arrange the story to fit their plot.
They are mendacious children, playing a game where they are the megalomaniac "boss" making up the rules as they go along.
To call them "investigators" is a rape of the definition of the word. They are VALIDATORS of allegations, masters of Circular Logic, the Devil's Advocate, inventors of absurd scenarios.
They have no ethics and they have no moral authority whatsoever. They are frauds and every word that comes out of their mouth is a farce. They have absolutely NO credibility whatsoever.
Who, or what is this evil plague upon the land?
Children's "Protective" "Services" agents.

Putting a Sociopathic CPS agent in officious charge of people's lives is insane.
CPS agents are organically incapable of telling the truth and should be removed from every courtroom in handcuffs for perjury, which is probably why they often aren't "sworn in", (obsolete : to invoke the name of a sacred being in an oath). Besides, there's nothing SACRED to them to swear on (perhaps their little BMW?).
You know- Those SERVICES required by law (in order to get PAID) to help prevent the kids from being kidnapped to begin with, or enable Reunification- The Reasonable Efforts, what they claim to the "judge" that they did and "YOU FAILED", even though you DID take every goofy class, jumped through every hoop, and did every single thing the CPS agent dreamed up for you like a College Freshman during "hazing week".
They need to be charged and tried for their Federal Capital Crimes. ALL of their immunity, impunity, and the agency secrecy needs to be pierced. The kids and the parents certainly do not care about their "confidentiality".
Only the agency cares, because it's how they hide all their dirty deeds that should send them to capital punishment for treason against the Constitution, for waging WAR against the American family, disfranchising and supplanting the authority of parents with "parens patriae", destroying the fabric of society.
Why a "judge" in his unconstitutional court of NO due process would believe a word they say is an absolute mystery and travesty of justice. (See "Walthered") They are nothing but nasty little "Nifongs" running around playing prosecutors, COMPLETELY WITHOUT LEGAL AUTHORITY, practicing law without a license, practicing psychiatry without a license, many of them without any Social Work licensing of any kind (as if a Social Work degree is anything but toilet paper from a Socialist College), mercilessly harassing families and costing the American economy TRILLION$.

I don't agree with you. I only wish someone would have saved my siblings and I from our abusive parents.
Elle- That is the problem. They go after the innocent and leave those who actually NEED help to fend for themselves! They are tearing up loving families that have done nothing wrong. Unless you consider being poor as being wrong, in which case MOST of America would be wrong. I have been fighting this monster for SEVEN YEARS! It's actually going on eight and they took my daughter for the third time and refuse to give her back even though we HAVE done everything that we AGREED to. Yes we do have a choice of what we are willing to do, they don't like it and do try to force the whole thing on you, but we do happen to know the law and the Constitution. Plus we have a half way decent lawyer this time. We may be told to shush and do as we are told, but even he realizes now that this is being drawn out and that we are being raked over the coals. Makes for a very hard pregnancy! The Monsters DO sell the kids. Here they have a WEBSITE to sell them!
So Elle- How did you and your siblings turn out? Competent? Responsible? Self-disciplined? Nobody in prison? Nobody on psychiatric meds or permanently institutionalized?
My growing up was ROUGH too. I learned how to get along with extremely nasty people, survive, make my own way in the world, and raise a large family on my own. I certainly learned how to "pull myself up by the bootstraps" and "get over it". Be able to defend myself- and others. That's what society expected from males.
I see you can spell, use apostrophes properly, and use good sentence structure. Your two sentences speak volumes. You wouldn't be able to, had the government gotten hold of you.
Having a tough childhood doesn't necessarily destroy people. Being raised helpless by the government destroys every life they touch. They have very few (if any) "success stories".

I was adopted from birth, then given up to the State of Ohio at the age of 15. I didn't get out of the "system" till I was 18! I'm now 35, married(been with him since I was 19, married in 1996) I was one of the lucky ones! I've never been in jail, got my GED, been to college for Office Software/Medical, had a beautiful son (now 10 years old) and currently back in school for Paralegal!
I never thought this kind of corruption happened, but now that I'm aware of the injustices that happen when they RIP families away from eachother, BUT now I know with thanks from AFRANS and am doing our fight for our families and other families that suffer when they unfortunaltely come in contact with these vultures!
olmsted county child services in rochester mn pretended to be supportive of me against my alcoholic ex but instead they turned around and took children away from me even though i left him. i work for a daycare center & have several friends who trust me with their children yet occs deems me unfit & unable to provide care for my own children. i have endured the continuous changing of rules to satisfy them, jumped through their hoops, followed their rules..only to be met with failure in their eyes. after living in hell with an abusive controlling alcoholic for 6 years, it feels as if they are treating me the same as he did! all i want is for my kids to come home where they belong. they never gave me a chance to prove it. they only see me as the shadow of the relationship i was in. appealing only replays this to different judges. is there any way of showing my progress and who i really am to judges and not what occs lies about me? do i sue? can i reopen the case with accurate evdidence?
i must add that a lot of things i have read concerning children being taken away from the victim in an abusive relationship really hits home for me. the mask of friendship occs showed me during a time when i was so vulnerable and had nobody to turn to, using the confidence i trusted them with sensitive personal information then they twisted words and omitted/changed pertinent details of my life, they criticized my every move-emotion-decision and used their opinions as a means to describe who i am to judges, i had the psych eval done while still trapped with my ex (wish they would re-evaluate me since our separation to show a difference)..nothing i did could ever penetrate through those thick heads! i had a pub def tell me not to show emotion in court but i broke down then the gal said it was "for show", my ex decided to voluntarily give up his rights the first day of trial yet i fought but they still wouldn't allow me a chance to try then terminated my rights as well. this is senseless
another question i have is what this organizations views on a matter called: "Should childhood exposure to adult domestic violence
be defined as child maltreatment under the law?" i have been cited for this as one of the reasons my daughter could not return home even after there was no more domestic violence in my home (i separated from the abuser). is this regarded as being along the same lines as holding the non-offending parent responsible for the perpetrators actions and/or removing children from the victim of domestic abuse?
why is it that olmsted county child services(occs) claim they provided "reasonable efforts" for reunification with my children when the truth is they stopped trying after i separated from my abusive ex?occs provided resources to keep the family intact yet all efforts failed because my ex did not comply.i complied.but when i was finally on my own and recovering from the 6 years of emotional & mental abuse he inflicted occs turned their backs on me.instead they sought removal as the solution and 6 months later filed a tpr.the 1st reason given for removal-failure to protect.i left the abuser. 2nd reason given-reasonable efforts failed.they failed while we were together.i have improved conditions since we have been apart. every moment every day that passed from the time i left him has been a step in the right direction.but as i am to understand the court doesn't look at the here & now they look at back then.how can they judge success or failure without current information?it's so confusing
This article is one person's opinion and I feel it is entirely misguided. Most CPS workers ARE in it to protect children who need protecting. Most of them recieve referrals from schools or neighbors or other concerned parties. Some referrals are absurd but most often they are very much warranted. I guess you really wouldn't have to worry about CPS workers if you lived your lives on the straight and narrow. Be kind to your kids, feed them, love them, teach them, and don't leave bruises! As for the idea that all workers are "immoral, unetchical sociopaths".... obviously not true. The system is not perfect but it is certainly not as bad as portrayed in this article.
