If you plan on relocating with the family sometime this year, be sure to check out Money Magazine's list of the Best Places to Live 2009 that was just released today. This year the number one city is Louisville, Colorado.
According to Money Magazine, this place has it all: "affordable housing, great schools, and easy access to the Rocky Mountains." The city has some pretty good statistics as well. The unemployment rate is only at six percent, the population is just over 18,000, and the sales tax is only three percent.
Other cities making the top ten list are:
2. Chanhassen, MN
3. Papillion, NE
4. Middleton, WI
5. Milton, MA
6. Warren, NJ
7. Keller, TX
8. Peachtree City, GA
9. Lake St. Louis, MO
10. Mukilteo, WA
Money Magazine takes everything into consideration when compiling the list, including financial prospects, quality of life, and even drive time commutes. Be sure to check out the complete list online that breaks down the best places to live if you're seeking the hottest, best-looking people, the richest singles, and even the cleanest air.

Comments
It's interesting that these places aren't really well known. Pittsburgh has lost a lot of population over the last decade, but has still twice been the Rand McNally #1 pick as "America's most livable city", so maybe smaller and less crowded is better.
