Sherri Levin developed an interest in writing at a very early age. She majored in English at the State University of New York at Albany with an emphasis in creative writing, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Psychology. Early in her business career, she left New York's advertising and fashion industry to relocate to Los Angeles. It was there that she took a break from working to raise a family. During that period, Levin interested herself in law, philosophy, fitness, education, and teaching. She returned to school to earn a Paralegal Certification from UCLA, and entered Yoga Teacher Training to become certified to teach yoga. She started Om In The Home a business that teaches well-being, fitness, and yoga to students of all ages. Levin works with high school students as an Instructional Assistant in Special Education. Her passion for writing was reignited and took the form of newsletters, a book of aphorisms, and currently freelance articles.
