- A leisurely drive down South Highway 94 from Highway 40 will introduce you to a beautiful part of St. Charles County along with several local wineries.
- Taking some time to drive through the August A. Busch Memorial Conservation Park and the surrounding areas, for viewing a beautiful area painted in color.
- If you are not interested in a drive but would like to enjoy walking along trails surrounded by various trees filled with color, the St. Peters Park System will offer such an experience.
- Within the O’Fallon area, Fort Zumwalt Park can offer a family the opportunity for a picnic by the lake, surrounded by beautiful foliage.
- The St. Charles County Parks System offers visitors a gem through Klondike Park. The foliage coupled with the bluffs, lake, and wildlife will leave visitors looking forward to exploring every inch of the park.
