Better times - Karl and Emily Hindle enjoy a short-lived reunion
Lately we've seen stories about Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's efforts to help David Goldman retrieve his son Sean from Brazil. Some parents wonder where Clinton's concern is for children abducted by a parent, not from, but to America. Karl Hindle is one of those parents.
As I've written before, Hindle's daughter Emily was illegally abducted by her mother from the UK to the US, with the help of the US State Department. As documented on Hindle's website, he's had to deal with corruption every step of the way. From Emily's mother getting a passport for Emily with a forged signature, to the State Department's Barbara Greig hiding Emily and her mother while Emily was listed as missing and endangered; the list seems endless.
Emily's mother tried to give her away in an illegal "baby swap" to the family of a convicted pedophile. She has allowed Emily to go blind in one eye. She testified under oath, with a State Department representative on the conference call, that every allegation she ever made against Hindle was false. Yet she continues to utilize free legal services provided by domestic violence agencies, funded by the gone-wild and abused Violence Against Women Act (VAWA.)
John Murtari, father to Dom and owner of akidsright.org is one of untold numbers of parents who've had their children abducted by the other parent and kept within the States. Best known for his passive protest after being jailed for unjust child support arrears, Murtari spent 123 days not eating. He was put on a feeding tube after 10 days. Murtari can be seen in the documentary SUPPORT? System Down.
Murtari of New York has been asking Clinton for years to meet with a small group of parents to discuss the need for a Parents Rights Act. Unfortunately, instead of agreeing to a meeting, Clinton had Murtari arrested when he tried to enter the building that housed her office. Was Murtari a threat? He had been writing "Clinton please help us" on the sidewalk in chalk.
Sacramento's Donald Tenn is another parent whose child has been illegally abducted within the States. His daughter Madison was illegally taken by her mother to Illinois. She like many parents who abduct, filed false allegations against the left behind parent. They were all thrown out. Tenn is best known for his protest in Ohio, spending four days 175 feet above ground on a construction crane.

The family court judge in Illinois tells Tenn the case belongs in California. The family court judge in California tells him the case belongs in Illinois. Tenn asks, "How can this stay-at-home daddy reunite with and protect his daughter under these circumstances?"

I have met Donald Tenn and know his story. I tear up every time I hear of the abuses his poor little girl is subjected to. Hopefully someday the judge, attorney's, his ex-wife and everyone associated with abusing that little girl will be imprisoned.

I'm a men's rights advocate and was reading Barbara Thompson's column and saw the title for this one.

And so now I've discovered Terri Stoddard. I'm equally as surprised, and glad, to find another woman who is interested in the children...not in proving some gender-superiority agenda for the feminist crowd.
The situations in this article are just horrible for the fathers and children. Hillary Clinton is despicable. Corrupt and self-absorbed.
This only adds to that opinion. The mother wanted to TRADE her child? Let her go BLIND?
And nobody cares? Where are the feminist groups who rant and rave about bad fathers?
Are they not deeply concerned about this child?
These stories are heartbreaking. I wish that all parents could be adults and realize how much they hurt their children by using them as pawns against their former partners. Thank you for helping to spread the word.
It sickens me to hear of others having to deal with the corrupt Contra Costa County Courts.
My divorce case revealed at least three corrupted judged two of which picked a side regardless of the facts.
One of the corrupt judges made it a little too obvious on the record and that problem was solved by editing same.

Facts are facts. Take the time to do the research.
I've unfortunately seen over the course of the last few years why certain parents do not have their children. Some of them make it very clear by their own actions and the words they post online that they lack reason.
I too am a left behind parent. My children were abducted from the Philippines and they are now here in the US. I live in the US and I have just become a US citizen. Prosecuting the other party is quite a challenge...
Sorry, folks. But, don't look to Hillary for help. As you know, she's a staunch supporter of childrens' rights guaranteed under a welfare state. We need to find a better ally.
Let's just say that Hillary only helps those left behind parents who have managed to get their stories into main stream media. Once a parent's story gets media's attention, it gives Hillary a chance to make public statements in the media and project herself as a champion of left behind parents. If you think Hillary cares for all the US based parents whose children have been abducted out of US, you are mistaken. If David Goldman did not get onto NBC, CNN etal, she wouldn't care.
My 3 year old son (a US Citizen) has been abducted by his mother to India almost 11 months ago. In addition to not being able to locate my son in India for the past 11 months, Hillary and her impotent Department of State had the nerve to ask me (through an email) to hire a private investigator in India to locate my son.
If what I read is true about the corrupt officials at the State Dept, who literlly "AID" parental kidnapping, then maybe it IS time to have Bill take over the SOS position. He got those girls back from N.Korea, maybe he can get ALL the children home, because they ALL deserve to be recovered, not just those in the press.
The State Dept. is a wreck. Barbara Greig should be fired and charged with child neglect, aiding and abetting child abduction, and kidnapping. The rest of the State Dept should undergo some type of "training" so they can do the job they were hired for and not ADD to the misery of these children both kidnapped from AND to the U.S. This is a discrace!

Ms Stoddard , maybe you should really do some more digging into Karl Hindle,s full background in the UK.It would be interesting as some feel you come across as being one of Mr. Hindle,s conquest of many.The charm the birds off the trees quote comes to mind.

karl Hindle arrested in UK Feb 29th 2002 drunk and disorderly and assault,served 3 months in prison,
1983 manchester UK charged with rape though not convicted but convicted lesser charge common assualt got probabtion,1990 london Uk charged with assault never went to trial, yep this is the so called activist on parental rights and guy who portrays to be the victim . more dirt to follow.
