Deborah Dittner is a Nurse Practitioner in Family Health, Reiki Master Teacher, and Certified Health Counselor. She has been an advocate and provider of integrative and holistic practices for over 30 years with experience in family health, women's health, pediatrics, college health, and holistic counseling. Deb emphasizes a holistic approach towards creating optimal health through integration with medical protocols focusing on lifestyle factors such as physical activity, high quality nutrition, relationships, career and self care. Deb has received her education at Western Connecticut State University, Albany Medical College, Reiki Room in Saratoga Springs, NY and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, leads workshops on nutrition, and offers individual health and nutrition counseling to all age groups.
