Philadelphia’s Mann Music Center for The Performing Arts invites young people to enjoy culturally diverse performances this summer with a free concert series.
The Young People’s Concert Series allows youth to be inspired by up-and-coming and professional artists through engaging 45-minute dance shows. The concert series’ theme, A Taste of Dance - A Celebration of Diverse Cultures, take youth on a journey to celebrate the beautiful cultures of Spain, Africa and America.
This year’s line up includes:
Drumline LIVE - July 16
Buckets and Tap Shoes & Chosen Dance Company - July 20
IndepenDANCE Rocks - The Rock School of Dance Education - Aug. 4
International Dance Voyage - Flamenco Ole! & Universal African Dance and Drum Ensemble - Aug. 10
All shows are 11am - 12:15pm.
The free concerts are open to the public. Seating is on a first come, first served basis.
Parking is free.
