American heroes
A long list of American astronauts who have reported seeing UFOs and/or extraterrestrials have been discounted and shamefully treated by the media. These men have spoken out despite non-disclosure agreements, and despite the media ridicule and marginalization heaped upon these men, once selected as America’s finest servicemen and pilots to make the grandest flights this planet has ever seen… flying rockets into space, and to the moon itself.
Here's a partial list, not including the hundreds of other military, commercial and other pilots around the globe:
Gordon Cooper (pictured here on the cover of Time Magazine, 5-24-1963)
Edgar Mitchell
Donald Slayton
Walter Schirra
John Glenn
Scott Carpenter
Buzz Aldrin
Clark McClelland
Neil Armstrong
Story Musgrave
James Lovell
Frank Borman
Jim McDivitt
Joe Walton
Robert White
Mike Collins
John Young
Pete Conrad
Alan Bean
Dick Gordon
Why would men who signed on to be “American heroes” that go into space and are held up as examples to every school child in the nation risk ridicule and censure to speak up about a subject as officially discouraged and outright denied as extraterrestrial contact?
Precisely because they signed up to be American heroes. American heroes don’t lie to the public. They don’t withhold information so select corporate interests can capitalize on aspects of extraterrestrial technology, claiming credit for themselves while keeping the larger secret of where the technology actually came from to themselves.
American heroes know that extraterrestrial contact is the biggest story in human history today. And that it could change life for the better of every single person on this planet if the technology locked down in black projects were to be released and implemented worldwide. Oil corporations and other military and corporate interests would have to answer for crimes committed to keep such secrets. Amnesty for those keeping such secrets, and criminal acts up to and including murder, is one way that has been discussed for bargaining for the release of such information so it can be used for the public good. Corporations who have made millions from leaked ET technologies or applied their financial clout to keep free energy devices from breaking their oil monopolies would count themselves lucky to take their profits, create magnificent homes and leisure lives from them and fade as quickly as possible from public attention while the world transitions to clean free energy and a whole new, and hopefully more egalitarian, economy emerges.
Our astronauts are doing their best to inform the public… will the U.S. miss its chance to be the first major nation to disclose the truth?
There have been rumors of Steven Greer, who created “The Disclosure Project” years ago to try and get the U.S. government to come clean about extraterrestrial contact and back-engineered off-world technology, has been working with an unnamed G8 country to bring about disclosure. The U.S. has lagged behind in this area with the list of other countries around the world releasing thousands of previously classified documents regarding UFOs. The current list of such countries stands at:
France
Denmark
Canada
Australia
Spain
Mexico
Brazil
Ireland
Canada
United Kingdom
Denmark.
Sweden
Uruguay
Chile
Soviet Union
Peru
Italy
While the U.S. has had some documents released under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) many of them have been cryptic and/or had huge sections of them blacked out. In general, with its policies of secrecy for “reasons of national security”, created from the National Security Act of 1947, the United States government and military have maintained a posture of official denial. This flies in the face of rising volumes of testimony and research to the contrary.

Right Shol'va,
and also, the earth is flat, man will never fly nor land on the moon (are they crazy or what?), there is no such thing as "eletricity", the sun is revolving around earth, the stars are gods, we are the center of the universe and were created by a guy that hasn't yet had the time to disclose himself because he is too busy listening to 6 billion prayers all day long...you are so right.
So simple is that.
Things that haven't been proven are impossible and just can't and never will be. Things only start to exist when they are proven.
Anybody who talks about things that aren't proven should be...well...did I hear somebody scream "witch!"?
Maybe we don't need proof, maybe we just need an independent investigation which is allowed to take a look at the real interesting cases...with full access.
No blacked out pages. No secrets. Plain and simple transparency in a democracy.
If the only reason to believe that this is proof is the people that it is coming from, does that mean that because of the centuries of reports of faries, elves, gnomes, etc.. they should be considered real?
If the coverup is happening what is the purpose? The U.S. government would be able to control the world if things like the zero-point energy, clean technologies and advanced medical technology that they claim U.F.O.'s are using was real.
If you apply just a little common sense to these types of claims you can see that they are not anything that can be verified but are nothing more than personal experiences.
If the "Disclosure Project" is attempting to 'disclose' info about ET contact, what if there has been none, (not saying there has or hasn't I am not the one to make that call) are they going to keep asking for the truth when the truth has already been told to them? Besides, if all our technology is originated from ETs, such as in the Transformers movie, not real, then like Just The Facts... says, what is the point? The world would be better or worse either way in US favor so if there is a cover up, what is the purpose? So until there is proof and not individual beliefs, I think it has been disclosed.
First off, UFO sightings are being reported all over the globe. So, if all this technology that is being gained from ETs were real, then the richest & most powerful governments of the world would be controlling the world. Uh, I think that's uh what's happening now. It's not so much that people talk about Ets & UFOs, it's that A LOT of people talk about them after having seen them, including top military officials and respected scientists. Because such "proof" is not "publicly" available does not mean it doesn't exist. Otherwise, TOP SECRET military spy planes wouldn't exist either...until years later when the new models come out and someone decides it's ok for the people to know about the old model. SOME people are not mature enough to handle the truth. That's for sure! But, many people are and we want the truth to be told. Stop treating us like the morons you think we are.
@darkeyes:
It would be an insult, if we told people, they were morons (although many haven't reached that stage of evolution, we would attribute them as really intelligent without hesitation). The problems are twofold: Since nobody can select people, who are eligible for a particular truth, the problem was solved this way: You can aquire a TS-security clearance and apply for a job in the environment you like. Then, you'll get a need to know. The other problem is economy and security: There are (earthly) technologies, we can't tell the people about without turning upside down world-economy. Beside, these things are dangerous as hell. If ETs existed and would show up publicly, our plans failed - and world ended up in a chaos. So the only way to introduce these things into our society is a cautiously conducted disclosure process. It began nearly two decades ago and will last a couple of centuries. Political pressure is useless. Simply wait.
All I can say to some of these comments is that I'm an experiencer myself, and once you've had the experience, it's irrefutable for you. So when you also observe what's being kept from the public, you have a choice. You can keep quiet, which I did for over 12 years out of fear of ridicule of friends and family, and fear of gov't/military repercussions, or you can do your level best to educate, which I'm doing now, post Bush-Cheney era which I never want to see happen again in this country. Some people here may dish up more scorn on this, that's fine, I think there's a term - armchair quarterbacking? It doesn't change the truth. Nor does it change the fact that people need to learn about all of this and it's implications across the board. This is my statement, and I'm not going to get into an argument here with anyone. I know what I know, and I'm trying to help all of you know too. Nuff said.
In mid-October 1978, the year I received a BS in Chemical Engineering and another in Chemistry, myself and another witness saw an object about the size of semi-truck, glowing greenish-white raise out of Coeur d' Alene Lake just south of Interstate 90 in northern Idaho near the lake's north shore not long after sunset. The object raised very slowly a few hundred yards, stopped a few seconds and the next thing I see is a white tapering streak of light from the point it stopped over the northwest horizon to a thin white thread of light in a fraction of a second. Since the human eye takes 1/24 second to differentiate motion, the object had to be going many thousands of miles per second from a complete stop. I don't know any human technology that can do that.
Got something to say?
