T2 Fitness, created by Certified Personal Trainer Tasha Turnball, is helping you to discover a new lifestyle by getting on the road to better health. This special promotion will be available every Saturday during the month of October at the studio in Virginia Beach.
The goal of T2 Fitness is to provide exceptional personal training to individuals to improve overall health, which in turn, promotes longevity and decreases the onset of many illnesses related to poor physical health. Due to the trend of an increasingly unhealthy America, one of the main focuses of T2 Fitness is weight loss through cardiovascular exercise and strength training.
The studio offers a clean, state-of-the-art facility with both cardiovascular and nautilus equipment. Sessions are by appointment only, which creates a more intimate environment where focus can be placed on each individual client. T2 Fitness was created to assist individuals on a personal level and help them take an active role in improving their health. Also offered are instructional exercise techniques, nutritional counseling, and motivational exercise counseling--all designed to help lead individuals to a more health-conscious lifestyle.
