Gwinnett Restaurant Week will take place from July 27 through July 30th.
Gwinnett Restaurant Week was designed by the Gwinnett Convention and Visitor's Bureau 4 years ago to bring attention to the fine dining available in Gwinnett County.
Lisa Anders, Marketing Communications Director for the Visitor's Bureau, said, "We started it because Gwinnett had a reputation as only having 'chain' restaurants, and we wanted to show our locals and visitors that we have some terrific upscale restaurants."
There are 16 restaurants participating this year. The special event allows diners to enjoy 3-course meals for only $21.21 each. Every participating restaurant offers a specific meal for the special price. You can eat at a different restaurant each night if you would like.
The menus can be previewed at www.gcvb.org/restaurantweek. Anders recommends that you call the restaurant of your choice to make a reservation, because this is a very popular promotion and often sells out. Be sure to read the guidelines that apply to this event.
