In an effort to maintain a pristine beach, volunteers have scheduled for Linda Mar beach in Pacifica to have monthly beach clean-ups.  And a Linda Mar beach clean-up is set for June 20th, this summer solstice weekend, from 9 am - 11 am.  A wonderful way to clean up the beach and to meet other people who are interested in maintaining the beaches in the Bay Area, the beach clean-ups at Linda Mar should make a huge difference in the cleanliness and beauty of Pacifica.  Plus, it should be extremely fun and fulfilling to hang around the beach and be a part of keeping Pacifica’s Linda Mar as beautiful as possible.

For those interested in participating, volunteers meet towards the southern part of the Linda Mar parking lot.  More information can be found at http://www.pefplus.org.

Similar beach cleanup events in Pacifica are scheduled monthly throughout the year.

The exact dates are as follows from 9 am – 11 am:
                • July 18th
                • August 15th
                • October 17th
                • November 21st
                • December 19th
