Although it had been reported that Debbie Rowe the ex-wife of Michael Jackson would be attending the memorial service tomorrow, it has now been confirmed via her lawyer that she will not attend. Her attorney made the following statement:
“Although Debbie had originally planned to attend tomorrow’s Staples Center memorial service, we have concluded with Debbie that she will not be attending. The onslaught of media attention has made it clear her attendance would be an unnecessary distraction to an event that should focus exclusively on Michael’s legacy. Debbie will continue to celebrate Michael’s memory privately.”
The paparazzi on Sunday followed the former ex-wife and nurse of MJ to the Great Wall Chinese Restaurant near her home in Lancaster, California. In what is obviously a very stressful time, she couldn't take it anymore and got into a confrontation with the paparazzi.
“Are you ready to get your butt kicked? Don’t f- touch me!”
