What does your customer REALLY want?
In the research I have done, I discovered that there are seven elements of customer care that can make and keep loyal customers.

Most people believe that the hardest part of starting and maintaining a successful business is finding the right product or service. In reality, this is hardly ever enough; it is simply the starting point. To be truly successful, you need to see your business through your customers' eyes. What do your customers want and need? What can you do to keep them coming back to you?

Focusing on what is important to your customers allows you to truly set yourself apart from your competition. Strive to embody the seven qualities of customer care, and make you customers your customers for life.

There are seven qualities of customer care that will take your business from good to great. Here is what it takes to win, and to more importantly, keep your customer.

The following is the list of what your customers really want from you:
1. Accessibility
2. Availability
3. Affability
4. Agreeability
5. Accountability
6. Adaptability
7. Ability

You may be wondering why ability is last on this list. I think your ability is the LEAST important element on our list. That is because if you are just starting out, customers are going to be far more forgiving if you do the other six perfectly.
