Barefoot Beach Cup – created by Barefoot Wine - photo courtesy Barefoot WineThe perfect summery cocktail is light and breezy, cool and refreshing and pairs wonderfully with all things ranging from warm and sunny to barefoot and beachy. The Barefoot Beach Cup cocktail recipe is the ideal match to add spark to your July 4th celebration. Fresh fruit, fresh herbs and bubbly wine combine into a revitalizing summer blend.
 
Barefoot Beach Cup – created by Barefoot Wine
1 strawberry, hulled and sliced
4 grapes cut in half
3 orange slices
4-5 mint leaves
3 oz sour mix
 
Combine fruit and sour mix in a pint glass with ice. Shake well and top off with Barefoot Bubbly. Serve with straw. Serves 1.

1/2 ounce NAVAN
1 ounce 10 Cane Rum
3 chunks Watermelon
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
1/4 ounce Lemon Juice
 
Muddle the watermelon in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add the other ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a seeded watermelon slice.
