Webkinz Jr. reaches out to younger kids

Now children aged 3-6 have their own portal for Webkinz interactive toys. Webkinz Jr. allows younger children to enjoy age-appropriate activities and games. They learn math, reading, art, science and music. Webkinz, Jr's parent's area allows parents to manage their children's account and control the difficulty level of the games they play. Parents can also monitor their children's progress and see what they're learning.
Children register a Webkinz pet using a code on the tag. The child then feeds, bathes and plays with the pet online to keep it healthy and happy. The child can play games to win Kinz Coins to buy things their pet may need, such as food and bath toys. Through the game, the child's pet can visit the Acorn Academy school, a caring center, a playhouse and a park.
Children can enjoy additional Learn-At-Home activities based on the site. The interactive site adds a new dimension of play for children who treasure their stuffed animals.
