Spinach DipThis is the easiest spinach dip recipe you can make! And what’s better is you can eat it one of three ways: room temperature, cold or hot!

Easy Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, pepper and garlic powder

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix together spinach, mayo, sour cream, cheese and spices.

You can eat this right away, put it in the refrigerator and eat it cold or put it in the oven at 350* for about 15-20 minutes and eat it warm!

Use crusty bread chunks, crackers or tortilla chips to eat this dip. Photo from yahoo.com.
