Stefanie Cannon of Global Fluency states, "It’s called fat file frustration and you know it well – companies sending/receiving fat files via email that just clog up the network"

While a straight word document or excel spreadsheet are easy to email, what about adding graphics or even a huge 25meg or 50 meg power point presentation ? Do you put it on a CD and pass it around ? Do you put it on a private ftp site for download ? Do you just compress it using the usual compression software ? Well you can not email it, because normal compression software only saves about 20% of file space. And with out any compression, forget it, as most email servers have a 10 meg file limit. What a precarious predicament... What to do, what to do.

Well what to do is, go to Balesio Software and download FileMinimizer Office. This great utility acts like many file compression software, with one exception.. Office files are compressed  as much as 98%.

In testing with Office 2007 and Windows Vista Home Premium, a 75 mb powerpoint presentation was cut back to 1.3 megs.It was sent to laptop running XP sp2 also with Office 2007.. That is nothing short of amazing, and at that size, will be welcomed by any email server. It automatically preserves all formating and is uncompressed for the recipient with no purchase on their part. This is not your typical compression software, it is much better. This will save you time, server space, and even money. This is perfect for any business, no matter what size, industry or need.

If you need more information, you can go to Balesio Software and read their FAQ's and even download a trial version. For release and marketing information, contact Stefanie Cannon of Globalfluency
