There must be something about the last thing a person says.

There's 'The Last Lecture' series "where faculty members are invited to present on the topic of their choosing “as if it were their last to address an audience.” Such series received internationall attention two years ago when the late Randy Pausch gave his last lecture at Carnegie-Mellon University after having been diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer."

I recall another man who had much to say right before he died. He initiated a meal, the Last Supper, which has endured for some 2000 years now.

I wonder if the professors participating in the Last Lecture series will say/do such things that will last 2000 years. We'll never know, to be sure.

But, Jesus did say things. His teachings have endured the test of time.

How about you, what is the last thing you would like to say given the opportunity?

Matthew 26:17-30 applies.
