The Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s (MCDOT) RightRoads Program is conducting an open house public meeting to gather input about preliminary design plans for the rehabilitation of the Old US 80 Bridge over the Gila River (Gillespie Dam Bridge). Along with bridge rehabilitation plans, proposed improvements include the construction of a bypass roadway through the river channel during bridge closure to maintain traffic flow during construction.
