Easter Brunch & Quiche
So, you're thinking about hosting this year's Easter Brunch? You want to serve something easy and stress-free, and yet you still want your company to go away saying, "WOW! That food was awesome!"  Consider serving your house full of guests quiche this year. What? You say you've never made quiche? Let me put your mind to ease. Quiche is one of the easiest brunch items to make. Quiche is also one of the most elegant dishes you can put on your Easter table. A hot-from-the-oven quiche is a beautiful thing to behold and smell. In fact, your whole house will smell delicious as a Spinach, Garlic & Feta Quiche merrily bakes away in your oven. Guests will think you've been slaving all day! Quiche will definitely get you the WOW! Factor you're looking for!

How To Make a Quiche
I've been making my own pie crust for years, and I even taught my husband and sons to make it! If a bunch of big manly guys can learn how to make and roll pie crust, you can too! Just follow my recipe and techniques for the Best Ever Flaky Pie Crust, and you can't go wrong. If by any chance you don't have the time, or you really are one of those people who "can't" make pie crust, just buy the best pie crust the market or local bakery has to offer. Don't feel guilty, the quiche is what's important here.

How To Freeze Quiche
Quiche is also one of those miracle foods that freeze well. So, if you're going through all the trouble to make a quiche, why not make two or three and freeze the rest for a quick & easy dinner next week? Make sure the quiche has cooled off completely, double wrap with plastic wrap, wrap again in aluminum foil and freeze. Properly wrapped quiche should be good for up to three months in the freezer. Just thaw, heat and serve!
