Thanks, Jim, for these great photos and compliments.  YUMMY!

About a month ago, I published a Monster Cookie Recipe based on a question from Jim.  He and his son give an enthusiastic BIG thumbs up:

"Just thought I’d finally get around to giving you an update on the Monster Cookie recipe Rebecca Glynn Adams gave me a while back. It was AWESOME! I was concerned because it didn’t contain any flour. I was planning to add a dash or two to the recipe since I was convinced that I needed it...

Well, low and behold I came home from work one day and my wife and son were in the kitchen finishing the recipe. She followed it exactly and I baked the cookies that evening. I have one happy little boy eating that cookie. He had warm chocolate smeared from ear to ear. He couldn’t have been happier. Thanks again for the recipe!"
