Wednesday April 22

The Fashion Group International of Boston will present its screening of Fall Ready-to-Wear 2009/2010 New York, London, Milan and Paris collections from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Museum of Fine Arts. Kate Bowers, Women's Wear Daily contributor, will speak about how these trends translate into the Boston market. Tickets are $20 for FGI members, $40 for non-members. To buy tickets, click here.

Thursday April 23

Jewelry designer Dabby Reid will be at her trunk show at the Nordstrom in the Natick Collection from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

There will be a Lily and Migs reception and shopping event at Guilded Boston on Newbury Street happening in the afternoon and evening. RSVP to info@guildedboston.com for a time - the first 25 shoppers will receive a $50 discount.

Crush Boutique on Beacon Hill will be hosting its two-year anniversary party from 4 to 9 p.m. Champagne and desserts will be served, and shoppers can get 15 percent off an item of their choice.

Friday April 24

Jewelry designer Dabby Reid will be at her trunk show at the Nordstrom in Burlington from 11 a.m. to 5 pm.

Stop by the "Friends and Friends" sale at Luna Boston on Newbury Street for champagne, cupcakes and two for one deals on brands such as Lauren Merkin and Rachel Leigh. Through April 27.

Saturday April 25

There will be a 9Tailors trunk show and one-on-one custom dress shirt fitting at Guilded Boston on Newbury Street from 1 to 5 p.m. RSVP to info@guildedboston.com, the first 10 people to do so will get 10 percent off of their purchase.

There will be a Mac Cosmetics Studio Talk at Bloomingdale's in Chestnut Hill from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. This will be a series of studio-style make up seminars led by Mac make up artists. To book an appointment, call 617-630-6042.

Sunday April 26

The Guilded Bride will take place from 12 to 5 p.m. at the Algonquin Club on Commonwealth Avenue. Get a taste of Boston's best wedding vendors in an intimate atmosphere. $5 if you order tickets online, $10 at the door. Click here for more information about this event.
