                  Senator Al Franken (D-MN)

Al Franken has won back his Senate seat, giving the Democrats a filibuster-proof majority, a.k.a. the "Magic 60", according to CNN.

The Minnesota Supreme Court, in a unamimous decision, said Franken was the winner of the Senate race against challenger Norm Coleman.  Coleman has conceded to Franken.

So now that the Dems have control, can we expect to see some swift movement in Congress on gay rights laws?
