Baileys Irish Cream
This week for Tropical Thursdays I thought I would offer you one drink that is packed with fresh flavors for the day and another one that is decadent for the night.
Atlantic Breeze
- 3/4 oz light rum
- 3/4 oz apricot brandy
- 3/4 oz Galliano
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp grenadine
Mix all ingredients (except grenadine) in an iced filled shaker. Strain into an ice filled collins glass. Float the grenadine. Garnish with a cherry and orange slice.
Sandy Beach
- 1 oz Amaretto
- 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 oz butterscotch schnapps
- 2 oz cream
In an ice filled rocks glass, add all ingredients and stir.
