I love Absinthe. Just the thought of it brings back many happy memories. Seeing that it is now legal here in the U.S. I thought a quick introduction to this magical spirit was in order. I plan on writing plenty on this subject, but I found these on You Tube and I thought I would share.
I'm not a huge Anthony Bourdain fan, but I found this quite informative. I feel compelled to warn you that the last minute is rather stupid.
This next clip I just love. It had me rolling on the floor because parts of it reminded me of an wickedly funny Saturday Night Live skit with Christopher Walken. No, not the cowbell one, I'm talking about The Continental.
