It's time to combine two of my favorite subjects: Patricia Jessamy and Linden Bar and Liquors.

Maurice Fullwood was charged in a warrant with the fatal shooting of another man during an argument at Linden Bar and Liquors on July 19th. He was arrested a few days ago.

If you visit the Maryland Judiciary Case Search site and type in Maurice Fullwood's name you will see he has an interesting rap sheet.

In 2001 he had six different charges filed again him in case number 101129025 in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. The specific charges were: attempted first degree murder, attempted second degree murder, first degree assault, second degree assault, deadly weapon intent to injure, and violation of probation. Fullwood plead guilty to the first degree assault charge and was sentenced to twenty years in prison with fifteen of those years suspended.  I bet the family of the victim of the Linden Liquors shooting is wondering why fifteen of those years were suspended.  That is a question for the State's Attorney's office. Do you think they would be willing to answer questions on this subject?
