Scrabble is a great game for flexing brain cells. It is always fun when played across the dining table with family or friends, but sometimes it's not easy to get a Scrabble group together. An alternative for single players, is to play online. There are several sites that offer the full game and others that have a variation of the game.

The game plays just like the board game and players can take their turn when time permits. This version has a full dictionary as well as two letter dictionary, chat feature and lists all plays. A player can have several games going on with different friends at the same time and take their turn each time they sign into Facebook. It is like a never-ending game of Scrabble! Facebook Scrabble players can check their ranking against all their friends as well as the Facebook community at large.

MSN Games Scrabble Options
To play the full version of Scrabble on MSN, a player must download the trial version of the game or purchase it. Other options are to play a beta version or trial version, such as Scrabble Blast. This game involves a board with jumbled letters Players must make words (minimum 3 letters) from adjacent letters, to earn points. To enter a word just click on the final letter. Players should watch out for the "bomb" letters, because when they reach the bottom level if the player can not use it in a word, game is over! The only other version available without purchase is Scrabble Rack Attack in which players make as many words as possible from a set of letters before the clock runs out.
Playing Scrabble online will spoil a player, because the points are tallied automatically and the dictionary tools help players spell words and become better players. Try one out!
