Sandra Bullock doesn’t make many mistakes. She chooses the right scripts, the right directors and the right co-stars.
The Proposal should be no exception to the Bullock Rule.
The cast is spotless, including Bullock herself, Betty White, Craig T. Nelson, Mary Steenburgen and many other familiar faces.
The premise of the movie is, according to IMDb Pro, “A pushy boss forces her young assistant to marry her in order to keep her Visa status in the U.S. and avoid deportation to Canada.”
The Walt Disney comedy romance may or may not do the best at the box office this weekend, but we’re betting it will ultimately be the most enjoyable.
