November 28, 2009 – If you heard the interview of Octomom Nadya Suleman on NBC's 'People of the Year' with Matt Lauer on Thanksgiving, it is safe to say her discussion on Jon Gosselin was, well, a little disheartening. Especially if you are Jon Gosselin.

It is pretty apparent Octomom Nadya Suleman doesn’t want anything to do with Jon or Kate Gosselin or their show. Period. And that would go double for Jon Gosselin. In a candid talk with Matt Lauer, Octomom was very clear that she would never do a reality dating show with Jon Gosselin.

Nadya also commented that she never had a crush on the TV reality dad. Most of what was discussed did put baseless rumors to rest regarding the tie (or actually lack thereof) between the TLC reality tv family and the Octomom.

Here’s what Nadya Suleman said in the interview:

Matt Lauer: You can squash it.... So, the rumor is that A) that you have a crush on him.

Nadya Suleman: No. (laugh)

Matt Lauer: B) that-- that there was consideration to doing a show, a reality-type show, where you two would go on a date.

Nadya Suleman: I couldn't even think about it. I love that this happened, because this is a perfect example of what kind of erroneous beliefs are out there. And they just-- they want to feed people these lies.

Matt Lauer: So, no, no, no? It will not happen?

Nadya Suleman: A billion percent no.

The NBC interview also covered Octomom rumors regarding the reality of her family accepting public assistance as well as the rumors about how her life has been since her children were born. The Thanksgiving Day conversation gave a glimpse into the Octomom’s life, something the public doesn't hear much about anymore.
