Brazilian men, American women top all at Junior Pan American Championships: The U.S.'s Kyla Ross and 17-year-old Sergio Sasaki Junior won the all-around titles. Ross won bars and beam, Alexandra Raisman won floor and vault. Men's all-around runner-up C.J. Maestas won still rings, Sasaki won vault, floor and parallel bars, Columbia's Jhonny Munoz won pommels and Petrix Barbosa of Brazil won high bar. (USA Gymnastics)

Johnson still undecided: Two recent interviezs with Olympic beam champion Shawn Johnson popped up this week in conjunction with a Hy-Vee supermarket event. In one, Johnson says "there's nothing in me that feels I have unfinished business," and notes that her goals would need renewing for her to make a run at 2012. In the other, she notes that whether to return to training is "a hard decision." (KETV Omaha and Omaha World Herald)

Speaking of Shawn: The Florida man accused of stalking her while she was performing on Dancing with the Stars is set to be tried in court. (Associated Press)

Meanwhile, over in Britain: Beth Tweddle, a veteran of two Olympic Games, tells International Gymnast Magazine that her goals are still the same -- she'd like to compete in London in 2012. And she'll be training with that in mind. (International Gymnast)

Li's new sport: 1996 Olympic champion Li Xiaoshuang, who once toiled away in the gym, now toils away on the golf course. He has no plans to join the pro circuit, though -- he sees himself as more as entertainer than professional. In other news, golf will be included in the 2016 Olympic Games. (China Daily)

Debauve's new routine: 2005 European all-around champion Marine Debauve has switched to power tumbling. (Examiner.com)

Jouras on the move: Vladimir and Irina Joura, parents of 2008 Australian Olympian Daria Joura and her younger sister, National Team member Natalia Joura, have accepted jobs as head and senior coach, respectively, of the Queensland Gymnastics Women's High Performance Program. The snippet, courtesy of Austalian Gymnastics Blog, notes that the Jouras and their children will be moving to Queensland, meaning apparently both the Joura children will be leaving the Western Australia Institute of Sport (WAIS). LSU gymnastics preview: The Tigers have definitely felt the impact of Ashleigh Clare-Kearney's depature, but are looking to four senior All-Americans, including Susan Jackson, to post big scores this season. (LSU Daily Reveille)

Is floor exercise artistry coming back? Here are five routines that give me hope. (Examiner.com)

Send in the reinforcements: The Georgia GymDogs were sad to lose Courtney Kupets and Tiffany Tolnay, but thankfully they now have freshmen Shayla Worley, Noel Couch, Kati Breazreal and Christa Tanella. (Athens Banner-Herald)

Adam Wong retires: The two-time Canadian Olympian is moving on to other things. (Gymnastics Coaching)
