The value of an education is priceless. You realize this when you read about countries where students struggle to get an education. A recent article titled, Underground University Provides Education in Hiding An underground university from Utne Magazine discusses how Belarusian students are taking courses that their government prohibits.

The Internet is a great tool to help share education (where Internet access is available). My favorite site is eduFire. eduFire offers live video education. Some classes are free and others are reasonably priced. Their SuperPass program allows students to take as many SuperPass-labeled classes as they choose for $29/month. 

A few years ago, I started teaching ESL online using Skype. I placed free adds (and still do) on Craigslist in different countries offering free ESL lessons.

The value of an education is priceless.
