If you've never watched Medium, maybe its new time slot will give you a chance to check out this fascinating series. In a nutshell, Medium is a drama inspired by the real-life story of research medium Allison DuBois (Patricia Arquette), an extraordinary young wife and mother who, since childhood, has struggled to make sense of her dreams and visions of dead people. DuBois works as a consultant to D.A. Manuel Devalos (Miguel Sandoval), using her psychic abilities to solve violent and horrifying crimes. Other characters on Medium include the detective that DuBois works with and her husband and 3 daughters. Allison's young daughters have the same "gift" as she does.
Don't forget to tune into Medium's new home on CBS on Friday nights at 9pm, beginning September 25th 2009.
