Chocolatey, sweet and a little salty. This recipe will appease the pickiest of peanut butter cup lovers.
PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and peanut butter until well mixed. You can use a mixer with a paddle attachment or mix by hand. Place chocolate coating in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave for 30 seconds more two more times. Stir until melted and smooth.
Using candy cups or mini muffin liners, coat inside of paper with chocolate. Allow to set completely. Add a ball of the peanut butter mixture and push to fill liner. Smooth top with more melted chocolate.
Makes approximately 24 candies.
Cook's Notes-you can use smooth peanut butter or any variety of nut butters in place of the crunchy peanut butter. To coat liners, a baby spoon or paintbrush works well.
