“Authors Galore” multi-author booksinging event at Creatures ‘n Crooks Bookshoppe

As a fitting tribute to Creatures ‘n Crooks Bookshoppe, they are pulling out all the stops and bringing in many of your favorite mystery, science fiction, fantasy and horror book authors for a multi-author event at the Carytown store on September 12, 2009, from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. This is a thriller afternoon you won’t want to miss!
Instead of the traditional author table with the long line to get to talk to the author, on September 12, the authors will be roaming around Creatures ‘n Crooks in the afternoon from 1:00 – 4:00 and will be available to chat, sign books and share fond memories.
Mystery lovers were greatly saddened when Creatures ‘n Crooks Bookshoppe announced that they will close the end of September. While this will not be their last store event, it will be the final large-scale event. It will not only be a great opportunity to meet the authors, but connect with other readers that share your love for mysteries and science fiction.
The authors in attendance have been long-standing customer favorites. Most are from central Virginia plus a few neighbors from Northern Virginia and Maryland. The list is a who’s who of fiction writers! In attendance will be:

- Ellen Byerrum, author of Armed and Glamorous and the Crime of Fashion series
- Marcia Talley, author of Without a Grave and the Hannah Ives Mystery series
- Dennis Danvers, author of Circuit of Heaven, End of Days, The Bright Spot, The Fourth World, The Watch, Time and Time Again, and Wilderness
- G.M Malliet, author of Death of a Cozy Writer and Death and the Lit Chick
- Tee Morris, author of Morevi, Legacy of Morevi, The Case of the Signing Sword, and the Case of the Picher’s Penant and (nonfiction) All a Twitter
