It is that time of year again.  Time for the Pamela's Products recipe contest.  Time to bake, create, taste and enter the contest to see which gluten-free recipes have what it takes to be called Winner!

This year they are looking for a recipe and a story. Most of us convert former wheat-filled treats for a reason, something special that grandma used to make, a dessert well loved, or a crazy craving late at night.   Whatever your reason, now is the time to tell your story.  Send your recipe and story between now and August 16, 2009 and see what happens.   Just fill out the official entry form and you're on your way.  Each recipe must include a Pamela's product.

The grand-prize winner will have their recipe published and win a $200 gift certificate to Sur La Table.  Two runners-up will have their recipes published and receive a $100 gift certificate to Sur La Table.
