After staring at a soy sauce bottle during lunch, I have determined that my new favorite color combination is red and turquoise.  Red and blue have been used (along with white) many times.  Turquoise is an updated and fun color to use with red.  The cool turquoise color contrasts with the warm red color to create a bold color scheme.  See the photos below for more inspiration.
