Aventura, FL., Nov 14 -- Grammy Award-winning record producer, singer and rapper Timbaland made an appearance at Best Buy yesterday to sign autographs and take pictures in order to promote his album Shock Value II scheduled to release Dec. 8.
Shock Value II is the follow up to Timbaland Presents Shock Value in 2007 which include the popular hits, "The Way I Are,"(featuring Keri Hilson and D.O.E.), "Give It To Me" (featuring Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake), , and a remix of OneRepublic's multi-platinum chart topper "Apologize."
Fans, such as Amanda Wright were pleasantly surprised when they walked into Best Buy and discovered Timbaland was signing autographs.
"I just heard loud music from outside and when I came inside people were going to where Tim was to get a picture. I am excited! I thought to myself, all I came to do was buy a thumb drive and now I'm leaving with an autograph and picture of my favorite producer" says Wright
DJ Irie, and Power 96's DJ Laz were also there giving away free prizes. Shoppers had the opportunity to win numerous prizes by spinning Power 96's Power wheel, or competing in DJ Hero competitions.
