Bloom brings its fashion and nightlife show to Denver for the 7th year and this year the Wunderland spectacular event will benefit Autism. April is National Autism Awareness Month and Bloom could not have picked a better cause to support. Bloom has teamed up with ARC Thrift Stores to provide proceeds from this event to benefit Autism awareness.
The fashion event will be held at the City Hall Amphitheatre located at 1144 Broadway, Denver, CO 80203. Guess will enjoy fashion, dancing, eating, drinking, music, and some very interesting Wunderland characters roaming about. The event begins at 9:00pm on Friday April 23, 2010 until 5:00am April 24, 2010. I had the opportunity to interview Greg Bloom about this upcoming event.
Regina Anderson : Can you tell me a little bit about your company, where you are based and what cities you produce events in?
Greg Bloom: My event company is called Bloom. I've been based out of Denver since '02 before that, Vail. I published Image Magazine for 9 years and had the event company to coincide with it. They supported one another. I've done events all over Colorado but most recently took over a resort in the Fiji Islands and promoted the most amazing New Years trip. It was 10 days of music and crazy fun... with plenty of time for relaxation. Will continue to do that again.
RA: This is your seventh year producing the fashion and nightlife event, has it only been in Denver or have you produced similar events in different cities?
GB: The Bloom Fashion Events have only been in Denver so far. We do In Bloom in the Spring and Outta Bloom in the Fall. They've become some of Denver's biggest and best parties of the year for the professional nightlife enthusiasts. While I'll always come back to do at least these two events in Denver, I'll be in Fiji helping to operate and further develop my friend's resort www.taunovobay.com where I hold the New years event. I'll be spending some time in SoCal as well, so may possibly bring the Bloom events to LA or OC here and there as well. Who knows?
