I love Yoga. It helps so much with my climbing, and it's amazing how good you feel after a great session :)
I love Yoga!
I loved doing yoga when I was younger...I need to get back to it!
I love yoga! Classes start for me after Labor Day!
Hatha yoga is one of my favorite forms to practice. Parker Mainstreet Center is offering it at a very convenient time, and you have to love the small group discounts. The regular six-week price is a steal, too!
I need to stretch more and get in touch with my inner self.
