Patio season is in full bloom, and these are some of the best patios to sip a latte, a margarita or a glass of wine in Parker Colorado.

First place goes to Starbucks at 20 Mile and Parker Road. Why first place? This outdoor patio has not only flowering trees in the springtime and old fashioned roses throughout the summer, but it has the best Starbucks crew in Parker. The manager Scott knows all the regulars by name along with their favorite latte choice.

Second place goes to Vines Wine Bar. The happy hour here is awesome, all wines by the glass from 4-6 is half price. That means you can check out wines you normally couldn't afford and enjoy some amazing chef made appetizers and sit on the patio with a view to the South of a street full of Harley Davidson motorcycles most days of the week and to the West, O'brien Park which highlights local public art and the Gazebo.

Baskin Robbin is a favorite destination for kids from 2- 92.  Most kids who grew up in Parker have stopped at Baskin Robbins and then walked over to the Gazebo to enjoy their ice cream cone. So, although not technically a patio, this venue earns the number three favorite spot in Parker CO.

Tequila Joe's patio has lots of positives. A happy hour from 4-6 with Margarita's , Margarita Swirls and beer specials along with free chips and salsa. This patio also sports a fantastic view of the Rockies and a picturesque pasture complete with horses and the occasional filly or colt. In the summer, Thursday is BBQ night with grilled steak, fresh corn on the cob and garlic mashed potatoes. Year long there is a fire pit when it's cold outside and umbrella's for when our Colorado sun is shining. Watch for their Cinco De Mayo special.

Fifth place would have to be Takoda Tavern a new sports bar on the corner of Hess and Parker Rd. Thursday - Sunday check out their calendar for live music, drink specials and Thursday's Bike Night.

Kunjani Coffea has a fabulous hidden away patio especially in the summer months. With a touch of Italy in the decor. In winter this would take over the number one spot inside sitting on a cozy chair of the big overstuffed couch in front of the fireplace. The owner Sid is there most days to make sure your glass is refiled and your baked goods are to your liking.
