The word Occult means “knowledge of the hidden”, or “knowledge of the paranormal”. Teenage interest in the Occult is growing in the United States today at an alarming rate. Teens are the most easily swayed individuals when it comes to dabbling in the Occult. The Occult includes many so-called pagan religions, practices and rituals, some including animal sacrifices. What’s worse is that ‘some’ actually get into the realm of ‘human’ sacrifice, and we hear about these each and every year. All of these Occult or pagan religions, practices and rituals are disguised and portrayed as benign and harmless. THEY ARE NOT!
The Occult is dangerous and real! It can be misused by anyone who is involved in it. It can tear kids away from their families. It can drive wedges between parents and their kids causing the breakup of families, and in some extreme cases can even be a reason for death. But there are other physical dangers too. This is why it is so dangerous for teens to become involved with the Occult. I have listed a few books at the bottom of this article that parents may want to read, especially if they are having problems in this area with their teens. But please keep in mind interest in the Occult does not necessarily start with the teens, it can start at a much younger age.
You don’t hear much about it, but in Billings, Montana, a 35 year old man is in prison on drug charges has filed a $10 million federal lawsuit against Yellowstone County for alleged civil-rights violations, including interference with his satanic religious practices.
According to The Wild Hunt, MTV is reportedly seeking young people who are in the process of converting to Wicca or who have recently converted. The thrust for the program is reported to be how parents deal with these changes and how it affects relationships. You may remember the TV programs called Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Sabrina the Teenage Witch. Both were directed at teens and young adults.
The list of Occult or pagan religions is long and ugly. A pagan religion may be classed as such because of any one of a number of factors, but the one you have probably heard most about is Wicca. There are others like Satanism, Witchcraft and Demonism just to name a few.
Teens can find lots of books at their local book store and yes even Amazon.com about almost any kind of Occult practice or religion. I once went to a local book store (nationwide chain) with my pastor to see just what kind of books they sold that were available to teens regarding this subject. It was quite amazing to see that there were books on “How to be a teenage witch” ….. “How to cast your first spell” …..”Where to park your broomstick”…..”SpellCraft for teens” and others. They were in the open and available for anyone to view. Remember, a teen’s curiosity is what gets them into trouble on most occasions, and getting involved with any form of paganism can be troublesome if their curiosity goes too far. Upon our complaint, these books were moved to an area where the viewer needed to 18 years of age to enter.
By dabbling in the Occult, we are opening ourselves up to demonic possession among other things, and it becomes obvious that we would be seeking guidance from somewhere or something other than God. The Bible warns us against seeking the advice of Astrologers or so-called sorcerers:
- I will set my face against the person who turns to mediums and spiritists to prostitute himself by following them, and I will cut him off from his people (Leviticus 20:6)
- When men tell you to consult mediums and spiritists, who whisper and mutter, should not a people inquire of their God? Why consult the dead on behalf of the living? (Isaiah 8:19).
- The idols speak deceit, diviners see visions that lie; they tell dreams that are false, they give comfort in vain. Therefore the people wander like sheep oppressed for lack of a shepherd (Zechariah 10:2)
The Occult can be found on TV, the Internet, newspapers and even on some radio stations. The Occult can and does involve some of the more seemingly mundane practices such as Tarot Cards, Astrology, Ouija Boards (often called spirit board or talking board), and yes even Pokemon cards. The real meaning of Pokemon (cards) is “Pocket Monster”. The cards help you gain power. These in many cases are just a stepping stone to the next level for kids. This all sounds like a bunch of hogwash, but I assure you it’s not!
There is also a large group of kids today that consider themselves “Goth”. They dress in black, dye their hair coal black, the girls wear black lipstick, black stockings and so on. These kids for the most part are just trying to find a niche to fit into. However some of these kids will find their way into Wicca or other Occult forms.
The biggest problem with kids and the Occult is that regardless of where kids start, some of them will want “all the power” so to speak and continue to seek out more and more dangerous Occult practices or cults to gain that power. These are the kids that are in most danger. Seeking more “power” is what pulls them deeper and deeper into the Occult.
If you are a parent and your kids are dabbling in any of the Occult or pagan religions or rituals mentioned, or have become drastically different in speech, dress and attitude, please seek the Counseling of your Pastor or Priest.
Below are several books available on Amazon.com that may help with understanding the dangers of the Occult.

I don't want change anyone's beliefs on the occult. However it must be said that tarot cards were not originally intended for the occult. They were meant for playing a card game similar to spades. This tarot game is popular in places like France. Most Americans are not aware of this fact because the mainstream media always focus on psychics doing fortune telling when they do reports relating to tarot cards. It would be a good thing if the media both Christian and secular would do more research on tarot cards and report all these facts and tell the American people that tarot cards were really made for games and not fortune telling. Psychics aren't the only ones who use tarot cards. Game players use them to play tarot card games.
Wicca and paganism are religions as a christian you are told to love everyone accept there views you many not like them but its there free choice to believe in them. if you do no wish children to learn about them then you should get rid of every religious and spirital book. I myself am a young adult who works for a pagan and wicca organisation but i am a catholic. i am not going to discriminate because they want to believe in it just as i do not discriminate against buddists or muslims ect. by discriminating you are just showing your ignorance to other world views and religions.
As a representative for The Church of Satan and a member of the Satanic clergy I would like to point out several misconceptions about our religion that are implied in this article. First, the Church of Satan does not want you r kids. We dont want anyones kids. We only accept memberships from those 18 years or older. Secondly, our religion is pro law and order and we prohibit ANY illegal activity. Criminal are not welcome in our church. Next, while Christianity insists that to spare the rod is to spoil the child, the Satanic religion states clearly that children and animals must not be harmed in any way under any circumstance. The only reason for Christians to condemn Satanism is that we believe in no gods, no devils, no angels, no demons, and no external supernatural deities at all. We are atheists who use Satan as a metaphor to represent he who refuses to kneel before any god. Finally it appears there is a confusion between the legal religion of Satanism as put forth in The Satanic Bible and devil worship, which is a Christian heresy embraced by angry Christians who believe in the Holy Bible, but connect with the anti-hero.
I am a 20 year old female and have been Wiccan since I was 14. I would just like to say that I do not sacrifice animals - or anything for that matter. I see spell-craft as similar to prayers (after all I'm asking the Gods to help me in some way). I do beleive in a Goddess but I also beleive in a God. I don't practice "sex-magic". My first wiccan book was "Spells for Teenage Witches" and this helped me greatly along my path. Also, just for the record, my best friend is a Baptist Christian and she has NO problem with my being Wiccan.
You are all just a lot of biggots who are generalising and using the minority as the majority.
Also, I'm NOT a goth.
How can you really prove that your religion is the right one?
I can see hundreds of Christians asking for punishment against people only due to the fact they are not Christians!
That is the same the Fundamentalist Islamics are doing against those they see as "infidels". But, as they are not Christian, they are wrong...
I am Wiccan. If you had ever read something about Wicca, about the real Wicca, you would learn that your feelings are wrong.
What do you fear? That people you think should be "yours", should follow your views of world, could find happiness in other believings?
Here, in Brazil, we have a multitude of religions, living at peace with one another. Including Muslim and Jew communities that, in São Paulo city, live in the same district, without conflict!
And you prefer to generate conflicts! Ando you say you are Christian! You are saying words of hat and fear, instead of love, as you God demands...
Read more and learn more, before you start saying anything against anyone!
Not read the Wiccan Rede, obviously - to be Wiccan means you abide by the tenet 'And it harm none do what you will' and the threefold law - whatever you do you get back threefold, therefore do something bad and you'll get it back three times stronger - what a great bad-behaviour-deterrant. I'm not Wiccan but I think these are excellent tenets to live by. The writer of the above article is displaying a the kind of laughable dregree of ignorance that only an unread Christian can. Neither do Wiccans go around trying to convert all & sundry with terrifying threats of eternal damnation - they are far more loving to their fellow humans and the whole planet than your average Christian.
Hmm, Christianity has pleanty of evidence that animal sacrifice is an accepted practice in the pages of the bible. Yet you seem to find fault in other religions mirroring practices outlined in the good book. Why is that?
I suggest that you do some research before commenting on a subject you do not understand. No occult group advocates taking human or animal life for ritual sacrifice. It was bigots like you that started the slaughter of innocents during the burning times, have Christians learned so little?
2 Corinthians 4:2-4 (New King James Version)
2 But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every mans conscience in the sight of God. 3 But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, 4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
you need the scales off your eyes before you can see.
first of satanism and demonism is not a form of pagan religion or pagan practices there were made off of the christian and wicca there is no book on wicca or anywhere else about wicca that say anything to do with animal or human sacrifices because if u hade read one of the books and not just skimmed through it u would have seen that it clearly states
wiccan reed
"An it harm none o what ye wilt"
which mean to harm nothing not animals, humans, family and even urself ok
The Christian Bible is full of animal sacrifice and murder. If any religious books should be in an 18+ section, the "good book" should be leading the way...
Here's just one example:
"Suppose you hear in one of the towns the LORD your God is giving you that some worthless rabble among you have led their fellow citizens astray by encouraging them to worship foreign gods. In such cases, you must examine the facts carefully. If you find it is true and can prove that such a detestable act has occurred among you, you must attack that town and completely destroy all its inhabitants, as well as all the livestock. Then you must pile all the plunder in the middle of the street and burn it. Put the entire town to the torch as a burnt offering to the LORD your God. That town must remain a ruin forever; it may never be rebuilt. Keep none of the plunder that has been set apart for destruction. Then the LORD will turn from his fierce anger and be merciful to you. He will have compassion on you and make you a great nation, just as he solemnly promised your ancestors. "The LORD your God will be merciful only if you obey him and keep all the commands I am giving you today, doing what is pleasing to him." (Deuteronomy 13:13-19 NLT)
Wake up!
AH, animal sacrifices and bloodshed in the Bible, yes. All that is Old Testament however, if those detractors would carefully examine the Bible rather than skimming - Christ came to complete the law - meaning we do not support animal sacrifices, or other forms of bloodshed. The Old testament is about a nation - Israel. The New Testament is about a man - Christ. There are those of us who define ourselves as Christian who do in fact love others as we are commanded. This does not mean that we remain silent about specific behaviors that are counter to what we believe is the word of God, found in the Bible. Wicca, Tarot cards, paganism, astrology, all of these are covered as behavior counter to the teachings of Christianity and anytime we engage in behaviors counter to what our loving God has instructed - we open ourselves up to the enemy. Love is not equivalent to tolerance of behavior that could endanger a soul. I have kids. I love them no matter what. I let them drive my car. But if they are going 90 in a 30 mph zone and I find out, I am not going to give them the keys again for awhile. The car, by itself, is not harmless. But their use of its power: is and as a loving parent it is my responsibility to ensure that they don't drive 90 in a 30 mph zone. Same situation: Christians who are Christians who believe in a loving Father don't need to engage in tarot readings, astrology etc. Peace.
sorry, I meant "a car, by itself is not harmful..."
@ TL Boehm...
Every single quote in the above article is from the OLD TESTAMENT.
Trust me, my biblical knowledge is not from "skimming".
And, if it means nothing anymore, why is it still there? You can't have it both ways.
i'm a practicing Neopagan, and i find Mr. Jone's perspective to be quite far from the truth.
we are everyday people. we believe in a spiritual aspect of this universe, but just some different persectives than our Abrahamic brethren. i see this world as more a manifestation of the divine than a creation by it.
i've yet to meet a pagan who practices animal sacrifice, much less human sacrifice. not to say animal sacrifice doesn't happen, some paths do ritually kill chickens. but i think those numbers are but a fraction of what KFC kills every day.
in general, most pagans, believing in the spiritual worth of plants and animals, are unlikely to engage in animal cruelty.
it always strikes me as kind of strange that there are strong injunctions against "diviners" and "spiritualists" on one hand, but reverence for the gifts of prophecy and the dream interpretations by Joseph in Egypt on the other.
Since it appears there a lot of Wiccans commenting here and I noticed 20 year old Aiden mention it...I'd like to ask why they consider the "Goth" term derogatory? Do you consider being termed "Goth" the same as being a "poser?"
I agree with the writer about his concerns, but not with the mention of Pokemon cards. I know many kids who are in no way dabbling in the occult, yet play the pokemon game. I also see many kids who dress in black, not because of an occult interest, but just as I do as an adult...its a color that they wear to reflect their mood.
I also HAD a Wiccan friend...and she scared the shi* out of me. She also left her husband and her family and is now doing things not very pleasant.
With all due respect, this article doesn't appear to be very well researched. As a practising Neopagan, I will say that we are very gentle people. Sacrifice is unheard of in our practises- we believe in respecting nature in all its glory. This does not include killing for ritualistic purposes.
Referring to the book titles posted, puns like these are very common. It's a marketing thing. It's not like this is isolated to Neopaganism.
In reference to the "Goth" comment... forgive my harshness but that is a load of rubbish. I am willing to admit that I am a Goth myself, but it has more to do with expressing myself rather than my religious choice. These choice happened independently. I also know many Goths who are not Pagans and vice versa. To say the two have a direct correlation in a large oversight.
~Shanti~
PS- never owned a Pokemon card in my life :D
I had to literally force myself to read past paragraph one. The author has quite clearly done zero in the research department. The article is misleading, misinformed and very unprofessional. How very unChristian! I am so glad that my Church is tolerant and respectful of all religions, including pagan ones. Perhaps the author would like to do some, no, any research next time.
RE: RUTH;
I'm kind of curious Ruth, what church do you go to?
sorry about the typos and run-ons. My mouse and keyboard must be possessed.
Jake, you said:
"Teenage interest in the Occult is growing in the United States today at an alarming rate."
How did you determine that?
It is a shame that so many young people are turning to crazy beliefs in supernatural magic and such, which have no modern, real-world evidence. It seems bizarre that they would fall for these supernatural myths. They should turn to Jesus instead, that He may fly down from Heaven and save them. Let us pray for them.
the auther is an idiot. he has no clue of what he is talking about.my daughter and I are both wiccan, so tellme, how is the"occult tearing families apart?
Christian-minister,do you realize that christianity is based on myth just like al other religions
Well done, you have proved yourself to have no knowledge of the subject you speak off and look foolish in the proses.
Really gets me down. Modern pagans practice animal sacrifce about as much as your modern day Xtian does. Yes, it all went on in ancient history - as did Xtian persecution in many murderous forms, including the Inquisition - Xtian history is no less bloody than Pagan history - you just gotta look at what Xtian movements did to Pagan communities to force their conversion. Murder, rape & pillage were liberaly indulged in, in the name of 'God'. Your ill-researched, holier-than-thou spout is sadly so typical of Xtian beliefs - 'I'm right and everyone else is wrong'. Bet you don't have many friends.
Greetings,
It is unfortunate to read, yet again, the spreading of mistruths about today's Paganism.
A very careful examination needs to be made about the alleged animal and human sacrifices. While there have been cases of the killing of animals and even murder of some humans in the name of Satanism and/or witchcraft, this blame is conveniently assigned - much like the use of a scapegoat in the Christian belief system or the insanity defense plea often used in such cases.
Today's Pagan religions, at least those with which I am familiar, are earth-focused and earth-sensitive; we modern Pagans do no harm to Mother Earth's creatures.
While teens can certainly look into Pagan/Wiccan practice on their own through the many books available today, most groups (covens, groves, circles, etc.) do not permit teens to practice with them unless parental permission is provided.
Indeed, the statements around Pokemon cards ARE hogwash.
The best way to turn people away from any action is to instill fear. Ramblings such as those authored by Mr. Jones go a long way in that regard; to incite fear by posing mistruths and innuendo.
Starwind
"Upon our complaint, these books were moved to an area where the viewer needed to 18 years of age to enter."
Shame on that bookstore. I'd like to know the name of it so I make sure I don't shop there.
How would you feel, Mr. Jones, if in the future Christianity had become a non-mainstream religion. Say, for example, Hinduism is now the main religion of America. Now, the Hindus don't want their children corrupted by the evil Christianity, so they go to bookstores and have the stores put the Christian bible and other Christian based books in an 18 and over section. You would be screaming at the top of your lungs at the unjustness, wouldn't you?
Just because you believe, with all your heart, that your religion is the "correct" religion, it doesn't give you the right to try to limit the rights of others who also believe, with all their hearts, that their religion is the right one.
It doesn't give you the right to try to push your belief system on others. If you had it your way, I'm sure you would like to impose Christian law on everyone in the US, right? You'd like to wipe out non-Christian religions, right? Just like the militant Muslims who want to subject everyone in their country to Islamic law.
Oh, the hypocrisy!
LeiaGreenWays:
Have you ever read "The Jesus Mysteries"? If you haven't, I'd definitely recommend it. :)
So-called animal sacrifice is a legitimate tradition of ancient standing in many world religions, including "non-pagan" religious such as Judaism and Islam (note the many references to fatted calves and lambs in the Old Testament, for instance.) In essence it refers to the sacralization of a festive or holy meal, in which the food to be consumed is first offered to the God(s) prior to being consumed by the community. One may note that the majority of sacrifices use what we in the West have long accepted as food animals (lambs, cattle, fowl) and most of us still consume today even if the unpleasant act of killing the beast has been mechanized and hidden from our sight. Nothing against vegetarianism if that is your path, but everyone (Christian and "Neo-Pagan" alike) should not distort what the ancient traditions actually practiced.
RE: Chris;
Chris! It's obvious that you know little about your so-called religion. There are 'some' sects of Wicca that are violent. Trust me I know!
Also, I never said that Wiccan's sacrafice animals. I simply said "The Occult includes many so-called pagan religions, practices and rituals, some including animal sacrifices".
Read it correctly!
Considering the amount of rape, murder, incest, and genocide in the Bible, will you be asking that it also be moved to a "secure" area?
If not, then it's simple hypocrisy.
Evangelical Examiner: "There are 'some' sects of Wicca that are violent. Trust me I know!"
You have independently verifiable proof? After reading the article, it seems the only proof you have is from tainted, biased or delusional sources.
I have to ask, if what you believe is a lie, wouldn't you want to be corrected? Even if the truth challenged what you've believed for so long. There are people here who are trying to help you see the truth, not the lies you hold so dear.
I hope you get better soon Evangelical Examiner.
This article is ridiculous. Pure hypocrisy. I'm assuming you know how much violence is in the Bible. Not to mention rape and incest.
What's really sad is that the bookstore workers were actually threatened enough by your complaints that they moved the books to the area you chose.
The US constitution doesn't have an age limit on who has the right to freedom of religion. Teens have just as much of that right as the rest of us. So technically, your complaint for them to move the books wasn't unconstitutional, but the actual decision to have them moved could be considered unconstitutional...
(Insert sarcasm here: Way to go!)
If you claim that 'some' Wiccans are violent, then you realize that every religion has its weirdos. You wouldn't look at examples like Jim Jones or David Koresh as being representative of Christianity would you? The primary rule of Wicca is to do no harm so *if* you actually have encountered violent Wiccans then they are on the fringe... like the KKK claims to be Christian but they are extremists right? As to the point about it being dangerous to children... there are numerous books out there that are for "Pagan Parenting" or "pagan families" that help people to raise their children in the path with respect and dignity.
Mirriam-Webster defines Occult as : matters regarded as involving the action or influence of supernatural or supernormal powers or some secret knowledge of them.
That applies equally to us, the Pagan and Wiccan population, as it does to the Christians, Jewish, Muslims, etc.
So, if "The Occult" is as you claim, I wonder if the Pope knows he is an advocate for the breakup of families.
You're all insane. I am a practicing Wiccan, under the name witchcraft yes. Our crred? "And it harm none, so what thou will". Does that sound threating to you?
Do not lump me in with Satanists or compare me to those practicing Demonism. I don't believe in God or Jesus as in the Bible's description, therefore, I don't believe in Satan as he's not real!!!
As for Pokemon being evil, that's had me fall off my chair laughing.
Grow up and get real people, you're putting the blame for society's ills on innocent people and that's disgusting. Rant over, thanks for rwading.
Violent Sects of Christianity include, but are not limited to: Catholics (see the dark and middle ages), Protestants (same. oh wait, that's all of them).
Judge not, lest ye be judged. Or is the Bible only to be followed when it supports what you want it to?
You clearly have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. "Satanism"? Sorry but Pagans don't believe there IS such an entity, much less worship him. And there is NO supporting evidence for your allegations of human sacrifice whatsoever..... time to remove your tinfoil hat and deal with some reality. The Pagans I know are far more ethical and honest than most of the Christians I know.... whatever happened to "Thou shalt not bear false witness" anyway?
Sorry but I will not conform to your vision of "the devil" nor do I believe in satan. It's funny how christians stole all sorts of beliefs and practices from us pagans and made it their own, but refuse to acknowledge the roots of whence it came.
Yanno easter is coming up and whoa wait a minute...doesn't easter sound like ostara? celebrating the rebirth of life from a long slumbering winter's sleep? Why, yes it does. Funny how that works.
Also my oldest daughter loved pokemon when she was a youngster . Did she turn out demonic or weird? NO! She's as normal as normal can be for a teenager. Sleep overs with her girlfriends, school plays, dances. Yet she doesn't believe the cards instilled some sort of destiny power where she feels she can take over the world. My youngest is now into pokemon and thinks they are cute and cuddly. She's a normal kid too, plays with her friends, goes to the park, rides her bike :) Your view on pokemon cards is HOGWASH!!!
This is the most uninformed person I can imagine. Before you write trash like this shouldn't you take the time to research and find out the truth. Nothing is worse than ignorance. Pagans are all around you everyday, we are attorneys, doctors, nurses, teachers...we are no different than you and if you took the time to learn, you would find that we are more like you than you think.
RE: Vyky;
You said much! But it is in your own interest to belittle me, my statements, and Christianity.
However, that said, I know much more about the Occult than you profess to know that I know. You don't even know me, and you think I am stupid about this subject.
Let me assure you I am not stupid about this subject or your personal needs to say that I am.
The Occult in the wrong person's head and hands is a very dangerous thing. It can be and is in many cases worse than drug addictions. Logic goes out the window in many cases especially with juveniles or young adults.
Please don't attempt to buffalo our readers that yours, or any other Occult (worship, or practice) is just mild and fun stuff. I am smarter than that.
If you believe that 'all' Occult groups are sane, mild mannered, and simply worshiping 'mother earth' then you need to seek a reality check.
Christianity is also dangerous in the wrong hands. Any religion can be dangerous in the wrong hands. There are others who take advantage of other people within all sorts of religious practices. Yours is NOT immune.
You sir need a reality check yourself!
You said: "There are 'some' sects of Wicca that are violent. Trust me I know!"
Please cite a source for this claim. Name the sect, so that we can be aware of it.
Or confess that you're a liar, and be done with yourself.
I think your warnings are very much needed. These cults are not religion in any form but they are a perverse, backward and may very well be the largest part of our great nations downfall and what it should stand for. People listen to yourselves! You actually had to be looking for this article to find it. I literally googled "is the occult growing" to find this. You pagans are just voices for your leader satan. Don't you go trying to attack the man of God knowing that what he says is true and being fully aware that your father the devil is the liar. Jesus rebuke you! Mr. Jones pay no mind to these evil ones but keep up the good works of God by exposing the devil and his attacks on our children. May the angels of God bless and protect you.
RE: HOPE;
Thank you for you kind and encouraging comment.
Ms. Hope-
I was shown this article by a friend, so I have nary a clue on how they found it. Second of all,we do not believe in the devil or else we would be believing in evil and giving it "power". Since when is nature evil?
Also, there is nothing wrong with us people making comments on wanting this gentleman to cite his "sources" for sects of violent wicca. If you consider that attacking someone, you really need to get an education. So again, please cite your sources.
As a neopagan convert to Christianity, I would like to comment that it is precisely this type of uninformed propaganda which kept me from embracing Christ for much of my adult life.
God is Love. Love requires that we respect. Respect requires that we investigate sensitive subjects properly, by looking at a variety of primary & secondary sources.
My God loves occultists & neopagans. My Christ indubitably commends Wicca's respect for all Creation.
I would hearken to the warning against Pokemon cards though. Those are truly evil.
RE: Molita;
Ah yes, "Since when is worshiping evil". Wicca is a 'pagan' religion. It is evil in itself. The Bible tells me that you worship God, not 'mother earth' or the sun god, or the moon god.
Nope Wicca is evil. If you haven't seen it and you are into Wicca, then you have not yet been fully indoctrinated.
Your eyes will be opened sometime in the future!
RE: Etienne;
Then your god is not the same as my God. My god says worship Him, not nature. The stuff you are being fed by your Wiccan leader is garbage.
Don't believe me??? Open your Bible. Read the 10 Commandments. Start with the (1st.) one.
Thou shall have no other god's (small g) before me. That's where you have gone wrong.
By the way, if anyone (anyone) wants me to provide 'citation' for the information here, just pick up a copy of the Bible. That's all the 'citation' I need.
