God Writes Your Love Story, wants women to understand the meaning of true beauty. She will be coming to Little Rock in March for a Set Apart Girl Conference.
The conference will be held at Parkway Place Baptist Church, 300 Parkway Place Drive, on March 5-6 (Friday night and all day Saturday). A Set Apart Girl Conference is for any young woman who wants to go deeper in her walk with Christ, especially those from 16-25. However, women of all ages are welcome.
Leslie understands the pressures that young women feel today."In middle school and high school," she says, "my life took a downward turn." She started to feel tremendous pressure to conform to the culture.
"And in order to do that," she says. "I had to compromise the values I’d grown up with. So I went through some very dark years in which I exchanged my vibrant relationship with God and closeness to my family for the pursuit of popularity and worldly approval."
The cost for the conference $29.95. This includes lunch for those who register by February 25.
