Finding the best Indian food

Hetal and Anuja, co-founders of Show Me the Curry.

Would you like to know where to find the best Indian food? You’ll be surprised to know the answer is literally at your fingertips.

If you have never heard of Show Me the Curry, you are long overdue for a visit to this amazing website. Complete with step-by-step video and audio podcasts, the website is basically an online Indian cooking show that will knock your socks off.

Created by two busy moms who love to cook, co-founders Anuja Balasubramanian and Hetal Jannu simplify every aspect of Indian cuisine, making it easier to grasp the techniques for making great curries at home.

With Anuja and Hetal's straightforward  teaching, you can make anything from breakfast items to a complete Indian feast . The cooking duo has become so popular that Show Me the Curry has even evolved into a channel on YouTube.

Paneer Paratha

The enthusiastic cooks provide recipes for every food category, including appetizers, drinks, vegetables, rice dishes, non-vegetarian dishes, desserts and more.

My favorites include chapatti (a type of flatbread), aloo gobi masala (curried cauliflower and potatoes), and palak paneer (spinach with homemade cheese).

The recipes are easy to follow and ingredients can be found at most supermarkets, with the exception of a few items.

With Anuja and Hetal, you don't have to be intimidated by Indian food. Go ahead and be adventurous!
