Boulder chef Hosea Rosenberg is head chef at Jax Fish House in Boulder, one of three finalists who duked it out tonight on the finale to the reality TV show in New Orleans. Hosea won the title of Top Chef Season 5 over Stefan Pichter and Carla Hall.
