Menendez is an opportunist; he has used dscc to collect funds for his personal campaign and not for his battered party. This didnt happen during Schumers time, he really did the thig the way is should be. So nowadays results: democrats are losing spaces in the congress and obama feels betrayed by Menendez if there is any doubt asks Emmanuel then.
Careful !!!! Menendez is betraying the democrats in Florida.
Remember Rene Abreu and the scandal for the dwelling buy and sale fraud, having the intervention of the West NY mayor. Not only Menendez took benefit from it but also others big fish.

As to the pressures on some members of the congress and the govermment, Menendez has become an expert. Carlos Pascual, Chris Dodds and Arturo Valenzuela can talk about it. He kept them under control some time. It is even said that he backed Miami with money and under the counter, he also supported the republican Rob Simmons who was against the democrat Christopher Doods.
It’s just that Menendez reminds me napoleon’s epoche so badly.
